Allergy Testing

I require every new colour client to have an allergy test and consultation before booking a colour appointment. This is to ensure your safety, and also gives us the chance to plan your appointment properly and allocate the correct amount of time to achieve your desired look.

Allergy tests must be carried out, and I am unable to perform any colour service without one on file. If you experience any reaction or hypersensitivity during your allergy test, please let me know straight away — unfortunately this will mean I’m unable to go ahead with your colour appointment, as your safety is always the priority. Products and colours change regularly, so allergy tests need to be kept up to date.

Cancellation Policy

I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment: no charge.
  • Cancellations made between 12 and 48 hours before your appointment: 50% of the service cost will be charged.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours, or no-shows: 100% of the service cost will be charged.

Pricing

Prices for colour services are given as a guide during your consultation, as the exact cost depends on your hair length, thickness, and the technique needed to achieve your desired look. I’ll always confirm your price before we begin, so there are no surprises.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment. I accept most card payments.

Your happiness with your hair matters to me. If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, please get in touch within 7 days and I’ll be happy to take a look and make any adjustments needed, free of charge.

Photography

I love sharing my work! With your permission, I may take photos of your hair to share on my website or social media. Just let me know if you’d rather not be featured, and I’ll always respect your wishes.

Your Data

I keep your contact details and patch test records safely on file so I can look after you properly at future appointments. Your information is never shared with third parties and is stored securely in line with data protection law.
